@MondoBeno dude you took the words right out of my whole movie was good but at the end i was like-hmm well this was whole story was about her struggles with getting her life back together mainly with her son and TRYING to revive her singing career.i thought it was a little over the top and to soon,but all and all this was a good movie even if it wasn't in english.

Maggie Cheung is amazing. Not only does this movie look fantastic, but it features a cameo by the favourite band (Metric. I don't have a reason not to watch it. I hardly see any Asian actress can act so well in English movie, she should act more in international films.

This was such an underrated film. It's dynamic, it has a great script, great actors, and I love the way it moves between Canada, France, and all the other locations.
